Checked Tissue Box Cover Ceramic

ART OF THE RESCUE
This box is not lifting off your counter or scooting around your table top with a tissue pull. Rescued locally and transformed in the studio, this heavy ceramic tissue box cover features four sides meticulously hand-painted in my signature black-and-white check pattern. The top crown is finished in rich black with hand-applied gold filigree scrollwork, bounded above and below by textured, pebbled surface borders touched with antique gold gilding wax. This piece holds the typical tissue cube (5x4.5x4.5 inches) and is heavy weight to anchor the location on your vanity or tabletop without scooting around the surface.
